Parts & Engineers
To support you better, we first have to support our engineers. For them to give you maximum uptime, we give them one of the most efficient parts supply chains.
Our parts centres in UK and Ireland carry over 12,000 different articles in stock. These parts are relayed by national depots and local dealer depots. And, each engineer carries in his service van an appropriate inventory of parts to match the Plant in his own operating area. Depots and service vans are replenished daily to guarantee our customers with best parts availability at all times.
Every technician can access our electronic parts catalogue and order parts online. And the inventory at each of our regional network centres reflects the truck pool in their region. The result is obvious: maximum parts availability with the shortest possible lead times.
